Please ensure that you have read and accepted the following Terms & Conditions. Once a booking has been confirmed, a contract has been entered into and you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions. The person whose name appears on the Booking Form agrees to take full responsibility for ensuring that all the following Conditions of Let are adhered to by all members of the party.
CONTRACT: You must be over 21 years of age at the time of making a booking, and have the authority & responsibility to accept all the conditions on behalf of all other party members. We reserve the right to refuse a booking and be under no other liability.
PAYMENT: A booking form must be completed, signed and returned together with a 25% (non-refundable) deposit to confirm your holiday dates. If after 7 days from your provisional booking the form and deposit have not been received we reserve the right to offer these dates to another client. The balance, plus a £100.00 security deposit, to be paid in full six weeks prior to holiday. If the booking is less than eight weeks in advance of required holiday dates the full amount, rental plus damage deposit, becomes payable on booking.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A £100 security deposit will be required along with the final payment. This is to protect the owner against any breakages, excess electricity usage, loss of keys, apartment being left in a mess etc. If any of the above apply, the security deposit will be forfeited.
CANCELLATION CHARGES: As we realise that unforeseen circumstances may sometimes necessitate cancellation a 50% refund of the paid balance will be refunded if cancellation is no less than four weeks from occupation and cancellation can be justified. If cancellation is less than four weeks ahead of occupancy then all monies paid will be forfeited unless we can relet property, in which case 50% of paid balance will be refunded. It is recommended that you take out holiday insurance to cover any cancellation fees that may be incurred.
DAMAGE/EXTRA CLEANING: All bookings are accepted on the condition that the property is left in the same state of repair, order and cleanliness both inside and out as at the start of your holiday. All breakages should be reported to the manager. If the property is left unclean you will incur a £25 cleaning charge.
KEYS: If you have been sent the keys to Casa Indalo, Keys MUST be returned via recorded delivery in the envelope provided. Failure to do so will incur a loss of security deposit.
SLEEPING CAPACITY: The maximum number of people to occupy the apartment is limited to 5.
PETS: No pets allowed in the property.
SMOKING: Casa Indalo is strictly a NO SMOKING apartment. You may however, smoke outside on the terrace. Please also note that no candles are to be lit inside the property.
PERSONAL PROPERTY: All personal property of all guests occupying the property is the renters responsibility.
INCLUDED IN LET: Water, electricity, and linen are included in the rental price, providing there is no excess usage. Bed linen and towels, BUT NOT BEACH TOWELS, are provided. Towels are not to be removed from premises andused on the beach or around the swimming pools, please use your own towels for these purposes.
12. A €50 cleaning charge will be payable on arrival to obtain keys. This has been factored in to our charges.
CLEANING of the property during occupancy is your responsibility and we ask that you leave it in a clean condition.
14.YOU are responsible for shutting all exterior doors and windows and securing the property when absent or sleeping.
15.ALTHOUGH access is granted to pools and gardens please remember that this is also a residential complex. Guests are therefore respectfully requested to keep noise to a minimum and abide by complex regulations.
16.NO occupation of premises before 3pm, this may be flexible depending on incoming guests and/or cleaning schedule.
17.VACATION of premises by 10am on day of departure, this may be flexible depending on in-coming guests and/or cleaning schedule.
By agreeing to rent property from Indalo Holidays and by signing the Booking Form you are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you have any queries please contact us BEFORE you book accommodation as a booking signifies you have read and agree to abide by our terms of let.
Please note it is the renters responsibility to ensure adequate holiday insurance to cover all eventualities.
